As an obstetrician, I have had the pleasure and honor to deliever thousands of precious babies. I have had the opportunities to reflect on how many billions of things to go in the correct order for a baby's cries, sighs and movements. The baby's first cry was always the sweetest sound to my ears...I will not discuss the following cries.
